Whole Body Cryotherapy
Cryotherapy uses a nitrogen-cooled chamber to expose your skin to extremely cold temperatures for short periods of time, up to 3 minutes a session. When you step into the chamber your body is enveloped with extremely cold air which causes vasoconstriction, directing blood flow away from your extremities and to your vital organs where it is is replenished with healthy nutrients.
After the treatment, vasodilation causes blood to circulate quickly all over the body delivering the nutrient-rich blood to all tissues, which helps you recover faster, reduce muscle soreness, improve sleep, increase energy and burn up to 800 calories per session.
Infrared heat is required for all living things for optimum health. The radiant heat from our infrared sauna surrounds you and penetrates deeply into your joints, muscles and tissues increasing oxygen flow and circulation. NormaTec systems are a great way to establish recovery after training. The compressed air massages your limbs, mobilizes fluid, and speeds up recovery. Similar to the kneading and stroking done during a massage, each segment of the attachment will first compress in a pulsing manner and then release. This will repeat for each segment of the attachment as the compression pattern works its way up your limb.
