About Rodger

Rodger Fleming is a Certified Athletic Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Licensed Massage Therapist, with a degree in Sports Medicine and Athletic Training from the University of Toledo. Rodger has worked as a professional athletic trainer since 1997, including 9 years in professional baseball as a minor league athletic trainer. In 2011, he began practicing massage therapy through the lens of sports medicine, and through movement assessment and location of symptoms he has worked to strategically provide relaxation, rejuvenation, and healing.

Over 20 years of experience and education has given Rodger a profound passion and skill for helping people relearn and recover movement following illness or injury. His focus is not only on the physical body, but on the mind as well, and understands them as a series of systems which must be aligned for optimal performance as a whole. Rodger is committed to using his wide-ranging insight and mastery to help you move and live at your absolute best.
